“This was an excellent boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had in Uzbekistan. All staff were friendly and professional, answered any queries and always checked that everything was ok. It's position to the old town was a 3 minute walk away but was always quiet at night. The roof top terrace had wonderful views, especially at sunset with the minarets and roof lines Infront of it. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.”

“I am very positively surprised by the hotel. Great welcome from a very nice and smiling staff. Very helpful. Large spacious, clean room. The bed is very comfortable. Top location! I recommend!”

“Family run Guest house with care.”

“Bra område- nära till Gamla stan. Tyst. Otroligt hjälpsamt och trevligt personal. Rummet var rimligt. ”

“Brand new hotel. The hotel is very nice, but lot of start up problems. Aircondition not working. Order food takes forever. Pay for food even longer. Friendly staff, but very inexperienced and not able to make things happen. Lots of staff, very slow or non-exsisting service. I would go again if air co is fixed, but I would not eat there. Do not buy half board. Eat in city”

“The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

“夜行列車で疲れ果てていましたが、ホテルに着いた瞬間に部屋のカードをくれたのが最高に気持ちよかったです。”

“No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water”

“staff very friendly”

“Ett hotell innanför ringmuren, det var lätt och snabbt att se det man ville. Det var där restaurangerna var under tiden jag var där. Hjälpsam personal skulle gärna bo där igen, hotellet har en enkel standard.”

“Hotel has ancient charm. Staff at front desk and in kitchen very friendly.”

“A great place to stay in khiva! We really enjoyed the stay and the room was very comfortable, cozy and clean! My only note is the water pressure to shower wasn’t great but does that really even matter?”

“Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so.”

“Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.”

“From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.”

“Si quieres estar lejos de la ciudad y del ruido, es la mejor opción. Naturaleza, silencio y ambiente tranquilo y seguro. El personal es muy amable y atento. Solo sigue muy bien la ubicación de llegada y ante cualquier duda, primero confírmalo, ya que está en medio de la nada.”
