“Exceptionally clean room and staff were extremely helpful”

“No one on site to do a check in, had to call to see how to get into the room. My booking said that breakfast is included and inside the room tells you breakfast hours, however, when we woke up early to go eat, the door was locked. I called again, no breakfast… no instructions on how to checkout, so had to call once again. No housekeeping unless you request it which is odd.
