“Bed was too stiff for me”

“Room was clean and breakfast was very good. Nice place and great location for visiting Messiah University.”

“Great nice clean hotel. Loved it.”

“Dirty room. House keeping came , and still was dirty. Stained bedding and pillows. Hair all over the bed & bathroom.”

“Staff could be more open and receptive. Great property, poor service”

“Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and friendly/knowledgeable staff.”

“Modern and clean”

“Property seems quite new and in excellent condition. Nice workout room. Breakfast was good.”

“The room was dirty, there was blood on one of the sheets, and every issue that occurred, the staff had us come to the front desk to rectify the situation on our own. There were no wash cloths, only two towels when there was 3 people staying in the room...all around unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.”
