“If you want to take a step off the beaten track in Japan this is a very good option. The hotel is situated in a very good place to explore the Kyoto on Sea area (this is not Kyoto city).
The Hotel will send a minibus at certain times of day to pick new visitors up from the railway station. The hotels offers visitors free bike hire for 4 hours and is relatively close to the bus route for exploring other parts of the area.
As this is not a city you are limited in the immediate area for places...

A quiet house in the mountains. It is an 8-minute drive from the boathouse at Ine and a 25-minute drive from Amanohashidate. There is also a swimming beach nearby.

“日本海で採れた珍しい魚が、大変美味しかった。宿泊客が大勢いいたが、トイレが男女共用で、お風呂が2人用で狭く感じた。JRを使った旅行でしたので、駅から30分、タクシーを利用しての旅でした。”
