“we got to the hotel and was told check in was at 3pm, when i mentioned that Expedia itinerary said 2pm, the front desk said ok, 2pm. we left and came back at 2pm. we were given the room 121 key. i open the door and the beds were not made; there is towels on the floor in the bathroom and the floor is not clean. i got ahold of the housekeeping girl, she said oh one moment and went to the office. the phone rang in the room; my husband answered and was told to move over to the next room 120. that...

“A/c didn’t work. Had to get ready in the car. Put me in non-smoking room when I requested a smoking room and then wouldn’t change once I put my stuff inside. I did not use one thing I literally opened the door put my stuff on the bed seen it was not a smoking room and went and talked to the woman she would not change rooms was not happy with experience at all.”

“Shower wall was about coming off a not the nicest hotel definitely was different from the pictures I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to ask about questions I had as well also my towels had holes in them so just not really well upkept at all”

“I will book again. Communication was perfect. the 3rd bedroom picture wasn't there but I received a picture of it, so all is good. Very roomy. The unit is downtown right across from a hospital. Walking distance to a liquor store and other type stores. No issues at all, us 3 old ladies felt safe there.”

“Communication was always quick and received well. The house was as described. It was immaculately clean inside, the decor was warm and welcoming. The couches were comfortable as were all the beds! The living space was great, enough room for a family to be together comfortably and enjoy each other’s company. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and well maintained. The host has a pantry stocked with small items you may have forgotten that are for sale. It is a very nice touch. We stayed here to...

“The house was nice and big . The back yard needs help . The neighbor hood was lived inn . It was clean over all.”

“Comfortable, Loy key get away.”

“This place was amazing. The casita was clean with everything you needed and more available. The grounds were beutiful and the host was very detailed. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back.”

“The property was not clean, and communication from the host was extremely poor. The host did not respond until I requested that the reservation be canceled. The following day, he informed me that he had apparently provided me with the key to the wrong cottage, which had not been cleaned or serviced. The cottage I had actually reserved did not have the key where the host's instructions indicated it would be. However, the cottage next door did have a key hidden under the garbage can exactly as...

“The host accommodated our group of 6 very well! Each bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our own meals and the backyard was lovely as well. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. It was close to the Hard Rock casino where we saw a concert!”

“Great stay, clean rooms and cheap. thanks again!”

“The property was nice and appeared clean at first until I noticed the mice droppings. And then I saw the mice running around the cabin and there was a nest in the hida bed that I was sleeping in Inthe morning the mice had gone into one of my ice chest that was cleaned out with no food in it and urinated and pooped all in it. I had to clean it out and also release a live mouse. I saw several running about the place while I was staying there. I contacted the host and he didn’t get back to me right...
