“We have stayed at several Gondwana properties and found this to be the best so far. The location is beautiful with a lot space, out chalet was amazing (all recently renovated, along with the main building). The staff were very helpful and made extra effort to accommodate us. If you have the time, do a morning or evening boat ride to explore the river and see the banks of the national park on the other side.”

“Great lodge 1,5 hour from Kasane by boat (Pick up 13.30 by Immigration Jerry. Good food and serviceminded staff. Possible to see many wild animals from the lodge.”

“Absolutely fabulous! What more could you ask for? Über friendly staff, excellent meals, food on request, and stunning rooms with a view from a hilltop. Lindi and Antony were particularly awesome. It is 7-8 chalets and a few campsites large. Advice for future travelers, turn off the tar road at the "Xhabe Safari 2km" sign at top of the hill and do not rely on the GPS. ”

“We had everything we needed, beautiful setting and area around the tent & around the lodge. We opted in for the dinner in the lodge, it was pricy, but had good choice and we even had a separate main course made for us as we are vegetarians. The manager was very friendly and had some nice short exchanges with him.”
