“El hotel esta bien pero no se permite nada, no puedes comer a menos que sea en algún restaurante, no se permiten bocinas, las piscinas están lejos de las habitaciones, los niños no pueden correr, no clavados, nada está permitido. Debería ser solo adultos por que los niños no se divierten”

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”

“Worst experience ever I have been traveling for over 30 years and by far this is the worst experience ever. Property was pretty outdated and dirty. When I got to my room the door was open and a cart with tools outside left unattended an Extractor on the sink and dirty all over the floor. There was a big line for breakfast with very little choices of food, I decided to go with chilaquiles which happened to be soggy and flavor less. To top it off every morning right about 8am construction began...

“Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two kids. This hotel is the best in Ixtapa for kids as it is enclosed, has several good pools and lots of kids activities and nanny service. Its next to the beach but a few km out from actual Ixtapa.”

“Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available.”
