Creta Sun Luxury Apartments is a recently built small apartment complex located in the town of Rethymno in the suburb of Perivolia, close to the beach and all the amenities offered by the resort.



The complex consists of 4 studios and 4 apartments designed in a mezzanine style. Each studio has a size of 27 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. They are furnished with a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining table for 2, a modern shower/WC, and a balcony with patio furniture. All the studios are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen smart TVs, and Wi-Fi.



Upon entering the building, there is a small reception area, and outside, there is a swimming pool with sunbeds. Guests can also make use of a small gym, and all rooms are accessible via an elevator.



The location of these apartments is ideal, as they are just 300 meters away from the long sandy beach in Rethymno town, only 50 meters from a large supermarket, and a short walk to taverns and restaurants. A bus stop is conveniently situated just 100 meters away.
