Villa Excecio is located in one of the most beautiful villages of Rethymno, in traditional Gerani. It is a ground-floor house, 130 sqm with a 30 square meter swimming pool and a neat and stylish decoration, able to accommodate up to six people, and if necessary up to seven, just 9 km from the center of Rethymno. Villa Excecio is the ideal choice for all of you who want the tranquility of the countryside, but very close to all points of interest.



Villa Excecio has three elegantly decorated bedrooms for total relaxation. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two more bedrooms with two single beds each. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, a mirror, and air conditioning, and have direct access to the outside area. Guests will find in the living room a fireplace and comfortable sofas, a 42-inch smart TV, a comfortable dining room for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and all the necessary items for preparing and serving your meals.

Villa Excecio has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and washing machine, and the other with a shower.



The outdoor area of Villa Excecio is intended for your rest.

Enjoy the Cretan sun under the umbrellas on the comfortable sunbeds around the pool and your meals in the spacious outdoor dining area. There is also a barbecue area and an outside sink, as well as an outdoor lounge to enjoy your coffee and drinks. The area is fenced, has parking for two cars, and offers wifi throughout, both inside and outside the house.

The swimming pool ( 4x6 m 1-1,4 depth) is heated exclusively from 01/03 to 31/05 and from 01/010 to 31/12 upon request, with an extra cost of €45 per day.



The surrounding area is quiet with an ideal natural environment for relaxation and for various activities such as cycling, hiking, and others. The center of the village is only a few minutes' walk away, and there you can find many traditional taverns, cafes, a mini market, a butchery, a pharmacy, an ATM, and a bakery. The center of the city of Rethymnon is only 9 km away. Near the villa, you will find several beaches that you should visit, such as the popular and long sandy beach of Episkopi, which is 5 km away and which, in many places, is fully organized with sunbeds, beach bars, and taverns. The very beautiful beach of Gerani is some 2 km away, but it is not organized. The location of the villa is ideal for your excursions because it is only 1 km from the central national road, which makes access very easy to all the points of interest on the island.
