Opening on 2021 our 220sqm lovely villa can host up to 10 guests.Modern and minimal elements coexist in perfect harmony with traditional Cretan architecture securing ultimate relaxation.A large pool, a bbq area and comfortable exterior furniture are ideal choices for families/groups who want to create unforgettable memories. Enjoy fantastic views of the mountains and the sea from the huge garden,covered with herbs and flowers.Just 15min from Rethymno,with a couple of taverns in walking distance.



INTERIOR

As you enter the villa you firstly face an open plan spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, with all the essentials (fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, glassware, kettle, coffee maker, etc.) Well appointed furniture mainly in earthly tones, have been carefully selected to appeal to every guest. Moving further you get to find the first bedroom, including a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs three more bedrooms are to be found each of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. First bedroom includes a king size bed, the second one has a double bed while the third one has 2 single beds. An independent apartment, with it’s own kitchen, bathroom and a double bed is to be found on ground floor also. All bedrooms and common areas are fully air-conditioned while complimentary Wi-fi is accessible to all villa premises. Every bedroom has its own Flat screen TV while there is one smart TV in the living room.



EXTERIOR

It’s vast exterior area in which a 50sqm private pool (1,40m depth) with a child friendly area (that also serves as an unheated jacuzzi if you wish) dominates, aim to either keep you in the villa for the whole day or make the perfect start to explore the island. Various sun beds and outside furniture as well as the shaded bbq area will keep your group or family gathered to enjoy your lunch or even dinner under the stars. A balcony upstairs, as well as a terrace with an exterior sofa will guarantee you beautiful sunset views. It’s tasty decoration, inside and outside never aim to exaggerate, offering a simple and minimal luxury.

Exploring mostly the North part of Rethymno a lot of beautiful sandy or rocky beaches can be reached quickly.
