Hotell i Retiro

“Me gustó el hotel, la limpieza era 10/10 el personal muy atento. En varias ocasiones nos atendió Vilmarie y fue muy amable nos ayudó mucho y nos fuimos muy encantados con ella. Siento que el Laundry deberían mejorarlo y ponerlo más bonito de lo demás nos fuimos muy contentos !!!! ”

“The WiFi stopped working the second night and they did nothing to fix it, they blamed it on the weather despite they themselves had WiFi connection in the lobby. I had som important errands to do online and I couldn’t. So unprofessional!”

“The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We arrived at night after the office was closed but they messaged us our room number and door code. We had a little trouble opening the door because we didn't know you have to press the # key after the code. Our room didn't have coffee in it like they said there would be. We complained but they didn't do anything to comp us. We went to the pool at like 9pm (it's open til 10) but it was so dark and hard to see on the path that my daughter almost fell...

“The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. It may not be modern yet provides all the comforts and needs. Has a boutique style courtyard and the staff are excellent and attentive. It’s away from the loud bar scene in center of town yet a walkable distance to get there. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The place was very clean. The lighting in the rooms was very poor. No phone in the room and no connections for your cell phone. The area was very quiet. No lounge chairs at the pool only tables n chairs for the restaurant. No elevator only stairs to go up to the second floor. The hotel is still having doing renovations. Over all I would stay there again. ”

“The room was decent at best, the cleaning ladies did a ok job cleaning the room the staff and front desk ladies were nice .”

“Only eat breakfast one time, it was alright for a free breakfast. The AC was super cold and there was no way to control the temperature. The staff was very helpful, cordial and friendly.”
