Welcome to the Sodalith Apartment – a place of depth, tranquility, and space.



This spacious two-room apartment gives you room to arrive and breathe. Decorated in harmonious blue tones, it evokes the sky and sea – clear, calming, and inspiring. The atmosphere brings balance and offers you a setting for relaxation and inner peace.



Here, too, the morning sun greets you from the east, filling the space with warm light for a powerful start to your day.



Our large garden is always open to you. Whether you relax in the greenery, listen to the birds, or enjoy a book, you’ll find nature, space, and vibrant stillness. Just a few steps away, the Beltringharder Koog nature reserve awaits with wide horizons, fresh North Sea air, and impressive birdlife – perfect for walks and mindful moments in nature.



If you want to combine movement and relaxation, you’re in the right place: each morning, we invite you to 30 minutes of yoga for a clear, energizing start. In the evening, join our varied program with Qi Gong, Yoga, Capoeira, Taiji, and Taekwon Do.



You can easily book classes on site, regardless of your experience level.



Wi-Fi is available. For restful sleep, we switch it off between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
