âVery good maintenance, really very much impressed with cleanliness, maintenance, service and quality standards they maintain. Their in-house restaurant offers really great quality and tasty food. We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days and we had breakfast to dinner in the same restaurant, really awesome and the prices were also very affordable. Especially their signature dish custard apple was really great, my kids loved it. I would refer to all my friends who would visit that area. Keep goingâ
âHotel location was beneficial as it was at the centre. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. There were lot of varieties in breakfast. Swimming pool was nice as well as parking location. Exceptionally good were there staff. â
âLiked the fact its walkable to beach, food was good, very pricey for New Year's eve. Bathroom was out dated, the toilet cover kept falling off. Other than that its a good place to stay. I would suggest increase more entertainment and other activities. Had a good new years party. â

Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically.â

"Absolutely stunning place. The staff are very helpful and patient. The room was supposed to be in the wing but we ended up in the main building in a beautiful room. The breakfast buffet was more like lunch or at the very least a big brunch. There aren't any maps of the building so we had to ask for help to even get out of the hotel. The pool area is worth visiting, even if you don't want to swim. They had lighter, less expensive food, drinks, deserts and for those who need it I noticed there is a smoking area in the pool lounge. Felt safe due to security controls on every person who entered the building.The whole experience was really memorable and one of a kind."
