This penthouse doesn`t feel like a typical rental. It`s a big, open top floor space with floor to ceiling windows running the length of the living area, looking out over Cabot Golf Course and up to Mount Mackenzie. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the layout is built for a group to spread out. Outside is your own private hot tub with the same view, plus Revelstoke Mountain Resort just over a kilometre away and the village right outside your door.

Sleeping & Bathrooms

Primary Bedroom: King bed, a walk-in closet, and floor to ceiling glass opening onto a private balcony. Ensuite with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bedroom 2: King bed.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
Bedroom 4: Single over double bunk bed, good for kids.
Two more full bathrooms serve the rest of the home, one with a tub/shower combo, one with a walk-in shower.

The Space

Open concept living, dining, and kitchen, with plenty of room for a full group to spread out and gather at the same time. Floor to ceiling windows bring the golf course and mountains right into the room, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining.

Outdoor Space

Your private patio looks out over Cabot Golf Course and Mount Mackenzie, a good spot for coffee in the morning or a drink once the sun starts going down. There`s a private hot tub right there, plus a propane BBQ with gas included at no extra charge.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM as per City of Revelstoke bylaws.,
- Please be mindful of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level at all times especially outdoors.
- Smoking/vaping/cannabis use is not permitted anywhere in Mackenzie Village.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Open flames (candles/campfires/fireworks etc.) are strictly prohibited in accordance with Revelstoke Fire Regulations.
- Ensure the BBQ is turned off and cleaned after use.
- Please treat the property with care and respect.
- Wash dishes and tidy up before checkout — additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
- Park only in designated parking spaces.
- No idling or overnight street parking during winter months (Nov–Mar) per Revelstoke snow removal bylaws.
