“The staff at this location are all absolutely wonderful. The parking garage which is also open to the public was conveniently located and all the main areas of the hotel were easy to venture to. The room was spacious and quiet but the bathroom could use some work. There were certain areas of the bathroom that did not look like they were ever cleaned and the hardware had visible dust on it. “Very enjoyable stay all around”

“Elevator was out and they did not notify us. My husband and I are both seniors and have physical conditions that limit out mobility. We had to carry luggage 2 flights downstairs. The person at the front desk told me I could cancel my reservation, when we arrived to check in. I was attending conference day of and did not have the option of taking time out of my schedule to try to find another hotel room in a days notice. She should have been oroactive in problem-solving and offered to get help to...

“A very nice place to stay as a couple; great garden, views, room etc. I would recommend friends to stay here when in Sacramento and it's a place I'll talk about with my friends back home.”

“Rent och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Bra frukost, och desutom kaffe och frukt i lobbyn dygnet runt. Lite tråkigt område, men bra om man vill vara nära UC Davis Hospital som ligger tvärs över gatan. Ligger ganska långt från stadskärnan av Sacramento, inga bra restauranger i närheten av hotellet.”

“I guess you get what you pay for bad area dirty room. As soon as you walk in the whole room smells of cigarettes poor up keep of the rooms that rarely get clean i found blood on the dresser and a hard bed with thin blankets and pillows. Only positive is it was cheap and staff where quick to check you in and out.”
