I went to the property. The code did not come up on my phone. I was there quite a while trying to figure out what was wrong, and I finally gave up and went to a motel and checked into the motel.

Cozy stay in Rexburg!!

My husband and I stayed at this place over Mother’s Day weekend while visiting our kids who attend college locally. The apartment is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend this location to family and friends and would stay here again.

Just what we needed!

The property was in great condition and clean. It is typical college housing, so there was noise and light from the parking lot by bedroom windows. The beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

Host NEVER communicated and we didn't get a keycode! We had to sleep in our truck because there were no hotel rooms available in that town.( and we were locked out of our VRBO) I called her cell and messaged her through VRBO and she didn't respond until two days after our check in date, at 1am! I have never had such a horrible experience on VRBO! I had to sit on hold with the VRBO 800 number for over 45 mins while they attempted to contact the host for me days later

My adult daughter and I stayed here. It was simple and clean. Close to where we needed to be and just enough to sleep and make simple meals. Plenty of restaurants nearby, we didn’t need to cook.

This is my second time staying at this property. It is super comfortable and they keep the apartment stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The area is walkable, from grocery to dining to the university to the temple. It’s a perfect place to stay while visiting kids at college. I also made day trips to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole from here.
