“Fue una excelente experiencia , el lugar es muy limpio, tranquilo y la seguridad es algo muy importante para la administration del hotel.
Las habitaciones son comodos y limpias el personal muy amable y atento, en mi opinion es un lugar muy recommendable para hospedarse y sentirse como en casa.
La administration del hotel es un personal muy atento y estan muy pendientes de todo lo que nesecites, ofrecen muy buen servicio al cliente.

“Situé juste en face du parc san Antonio, il n’y a pas de signalétique indiquant que c’est un hôtel.
J’ai pris une chambre avec sdb pour 10€ de +, c’est un choix.
Pdj bon, qui change tous les jours, le propriétaire se débrouille en français, le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre était propre et confortable.

“Muy limpio y bonito el cuarto, las señoras del aseo y el chico de la recepción de noche son un amor! En cambio había una chica joven en la recepción demasiado antipática que no es nada profesional. La comida muy rica, aunque el desayuno aveces estaba cuestionable pero la ubicación está súper. Yo volvería y lo recomendaría si no atendiera la chica que nombré porque realmente nos hizo sentir que no éramos bienvenidos.”

“I loved this hotel! Everything about it. Nice helpful staff, great rooms with even greater air conditioning. Very good environment with a bit of a jungle vibe inside, great food…Also the massage service on the top floor was amazing. I’d stay here again if I ever come to Cali again. ”

“Hotel was great! Convenient location, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was nice with plenty of food, and reception is open 24/7 if you are coming back from a late concert (it's a 12 minute walk from the stadium).
Special mention: Sebastain at reception was very accommodating and helpful. He was able to help with special requests and even tried to get us connected for some concert tickets.
Overall, we couldnt be happier with our stay!”
