“Hotel was great! Convenient location, lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was nice with plenty of food, and reception is open 24/7 if you are coming back from a late concert (it's a 12 minute walk from the stadium). Special mention: Sebastain at reception was very accommodating and helpful. He was able to help with special requests and even tried to get us connected for some concert tickets. Overall, we couldnt be happier with our stay!”

“Visited Cali for a week with My (3,5 y) daughter and hade a great time! Eneique with staff was very helpful and gave us a chance to see this beautiful city from all its different perspectives. The room was clean and even if the staff didn't speak English they did the best to help us with what we wanted. The address of the hotel is close to almost everything and in a safe area. The breakfast are quite simple but very good. I think this is a perfect stay if you are from a non Spanish talking...

“Muy limpio y bonito el cuarto, las señoras del aseo y el chico de la recepción de noche son un amor! En cambio había una chica joven en la recepción demasiado antipática que no es nada profesional. La comida muy rica, aunque el desayuno aveces estaba cuestionable pero la ubicación está súper. Yo volvería y lo recomendaría si no atendiera la chica que nombré porque realmente nos hizo sentir que no éramos bienvenidos.”

“The worst intercontinental I experienced. When I arrived the balcony door was not possible to open at two lights were broken in a very dark superior room. There are so many business activities with a lot of people during the daytime as the wifi coverage comes and goes. The level at the wifi are almost like Cuba.
