“I have stayed at this property several times in the past few years, and never had a bad experience. This trip was different. I had made reservations for 2 nights - Saturday and Sunday. I checked in Saturday evening after a long, tiring drive. Sunday morning I found to my horror that the toilet was totally blocked. The room should never have been given out under those conditions.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
