“Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. ”

“Requested single queen size was given two single bed. The room was in bad condition outside lean against the wall two pieces of big Glass. The bed spring coil is not in good condition. Hurt our body and it is very discomfort. I think the bed mattress is good to be discard.”
