“Room was very clean, quality of mattress is good, quiet and good for sleep unlike some hotels too near to mosque with large prayer noise. Suggests improvement: 1) could have more choice of pillow as only thick fluffy in the room. 2)shower water pressure a bit low. 3) breakfast choice limited unlike wide popular choice in I-Hptel Baloi. ”

“Hotel runs down a lot! The gym, the swimming pool and the room (suite). Please renovate them. Staff are awesome and location isn’t bad but the condition of the hotel is terrible. We wanted to move to the other place if and only if we could get our refund. ”

“We were 6 adults and 2 young children and had 3 rooms. All the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is small n the pool area quite windy but otherwise it was a great stay. Friendly staff who speak excellent english. Across the street is a big mall and next to the hotel is batam centre Ferry terminal. Will definitely come back!”

“Very nice and clean hotel. Was very quiet when we were there. Rooms have a balcony with view of the beach and pool. Close to a very good golf course even if the greens were very slow during winter. Hotell staff is very serviceminded, great breakfast.”
