Åker gärna hit igen
Läget vid strandpromenaden är mycket bra, dock en bit att gå till "centrum". Rummet något spartanskt utrustat, men helt och rent. Trevlig bar & barkeeper. Frukost mycket bra.

This is an absolutely fantastic property. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is really good. The pricing is a bit off as the advertised price on expedia is not the real price! The price varies with M-Th the same, but Fri and Sat much higher. Yet, I rate this place as probably the top ten three star hotels I have ever stayed in.

Best lighting ever for readers! Clean, neat and lovely light design. Staff accommodated special request. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. Coffee machine can make so many variations.

Para no volver
Reservada habitación con dos meses y medio de antelación y nos dan habitación en planta baja cuando solicitamos alta. Especificamos que se van a alojar un adulto y un niño de 10 años y nos dan cama de matrimonio, justificando que no habíamos pedido camas separadas. La entrada es a partir de las 15h y llegamos a las 16h. Nos informan que ya no pueden hacer camas separadas porque no hay personal, sólo está por la mañana. Pedimos para cenar un filete de ternera y nod echan pimienta molida en el filete, sin que supiera la camarera que nos atendió que echan pimienta en el filete .....un desastre de hotel. Y la atención pésima. Tenían la coletilla de siento que no sea de su agrado ....hasta el secador de pelo nos desapareció de la habitación en la noche siguiente. Tampoco sabían que, según nos intentaron justificar al día siguiente, se había roto ....perooooo no repusieron ni sabían nada cuando lo dijimos. Para nota ....jajaja ...

Excelente ubicación a buen precio
La habitación tenía vistas al mar y era una preciosidad. El hotel está bien para tener tres estrellas. La única pega que le encuentro es que el baño es un poco pequeño. El desayuno estaba muy rico. La relación calidad/precio, muy buena.

The hotel's location is incomprable, beign right on a beautiful beach with a spectacular view from each room. The restaurant menu was very limited, even though it seemed that the hotel was full. The layout of the bathroom could be improved and some sort of ventilation inside the room would have been welcomed, since the only option for air was to open the balcony door, which came with bugs inside the room during the night just to get fresh air.

Relaxing sleep to the sound of the waves
We had the sea view room and it was great to sleep in to the sound of the waves. Great breakfast as well and lovely staff. Room a bit tiny if you travel with a little child but it all worked out. We enjoyed our 4 nights.

Changed my room 3 times in one hour. Serious depression in floor, as in sinking inches when walked on. Went to breakfast, key card turned off. Rekeyed, still not working. Tried again and was finally successful. Not impressed.

Un coqueto hotel en pleno paseo marítimo
Es un establecimiento de tres estrellas según un estándar de calidad europeo. Un desayuno más que correcto, con buen café, tiernos cruasanes de los de verdad, fruta, zumo de naranja natural y otras cosillas que siempre esperas encontrar en un hotel a partir de esta clase, al igual que la buena atención de los camareros. Por otra parte, las vistas al paseo marítimo hacen que el desayuno sea especialmente agradable. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y el personal es muy atento. La ubicación es fantástica: en el centro del bonito paseo marítimo de Ribadesella, a dos pasos de su fantástica playa. Por poner algún que otro pero (digamos, para equilibrar), primero, el aparcamiento en el hotel costaba nueve euros al día (no era gratuito, algo que sí ocurre con otros establecimientos de categoría similar justo al lado, que conocemos bien); y segundo, nos sorprendió una despedida del hotel bastante fría, sin que se nos preguntase nada acerca de nuestra estancia y limitándose a cobrar sin una sonrisa (en fin, todos podemos tener un día regular...). En cualquier caso, es una de las mejores opciones para pasar unos días en régimen de hotel en Ribadesella.

Great beach-front hotel
This is a great beach-front hotel with most rooms having sea views or partial sea views. The buffet breakfast is very good and all the staff were extremely polite, welcoming and helpful at all times. The only downside is lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and this affected sleeping during the hot weather at the beginning of August 2018.

Fuimos a una boda a Ribadesella estuve contenta con el hotel y la situación viendo desde la habitación la playa Lo que no me gusto fue el precio que pagamos por expedía , las personas que reservaron directamente en el hotel era prácticamente la mitad de los que tuvimos que pagar en expedíia con una antelación de siete meses de la boda

Nice hotel not too big. Close to beach.
Good buffet breakfast option. Inexpensive drinks served on the terrace. Friendly, helpful staff. We particularly liked the remote control lawnmower working all day we nicknamed "Sir Cut-a-Lot."
