“Comfortable stay deep in the mountains with stunning views and pleasing decor, except for the insects that bothered just one of us at night The apartment had 3 levels with the steep stairs to the bathroom below, it took time to get used to it. The road close to the location is narrow, curvy and challenging but worth the drive. The host did not speak English. The kitchen had everything we needed except for the lid for the kettle. We appreciate that place like that existed deep in nature.”
“Beautiful hotel right as you enter Portimarin on the Camino . We were made very welcome by Sylvia . Our room was spotless ( as was the hotel ) , comfortable bed and lovely room - quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was buffet style and just enough before we set off on our travels . Coffee excellent. I would definitely recommend here .”
“What a delightful place to spend a couple of days. Anna and David were excellent hosts - very friendly and full of information and advice about the best places to visit etc. Plus a great dog and 2 cats.”
