"What a great location and a very nice hotel. The breakfast vad so fresh and good, very good coffee 🙌. Social areas are perfect. The only things was the pool, it is not a pool for relaxing, more like child pool. The only thing we were looking for was cold water. It had been nice to get new bottles of water in the room ( we had over 40 degrees during daytime) and water in the social area /reception. Small things but so valuable for the guest. We would love to stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Florence. Everything was very good — the room, cleanliness, swimming pool, breakfast and especially the helpful and friendly staff. We stayed with our family and the children really enjoyed the pool. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily give you 10/10 and would love to stay here again."

"Väldigt trivsamt, rent och behagligt boende centralt i Florens. Mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal, och vid städning fick vi varje dag fyra stycken vattenflaskor gratis i minibaren som hjälpte oss under värmeböljan då det var 40 grader under vår vecka i Florens. Vi hade läst om dåliga recensioner om frukosten på boendet, så vi valde att inte inkludera frukosten och åt på stan istället."

"We arrived at the hotel early in the morning to leave our bags and the staff were very helpful and accomodating. When we came back to check in they went through all the things the hotel offered and we were very very happy about it. From free coffee, complementary drinks to happy hour! Very nice room, good temperature when we arrived despite the killing heat this weekend. Overall very happy about our stay and we would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!"
