Hemlock Hide-A-Way Lakefront Cabin with Great Views!

Edgewater Escape cabin is one of two that I rent on the property. It sits up on a small hill overlooking the lakes. Large windows showcase the views of both Hemlock and Red Cedar Lake in this cozy open concept cabin.

Enjoy this rustic, adorable cabin overlooking the lakes. The new stackable vinyl windows allow for open ventilation throughout the cabin. This lakefront cabin rental is located in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and provides the perfect setting for a getaway in nature. The cabin features a full kitchen, two beds and one bathroom and can accommodate four comfortably. The open concept area has a queen-size and full size bed, dining table, love seat, chair, electric fireplace, and large flat screen TV with DVD's. In the bathroom, guests will find a sink, toilet and shower. Linens and towels are provided.

After a busy day exploring the lake guests can kick off their shoes and watch a DVD, catch up on some reading, or enjoy a glass of wine in front of the cozy fireplace. There is a fully-equipped kitchen that comes with everything needed to whip up hearty meals, including a stove, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the essentials for cooking.

Just outside you can enjoy the common area (available for use by both my cabins) which is equipped with a stone fireplace (firewood included), gas and charcoal grills (charcoal provided), refrigerator, comfortable seating and a dining table for meals or a good card game.

There is dock space if you bring a boat and also a fish cleaning house for guest use.

This cabin offers modern conveniences that will make any discerning glamper feel right at home.

Comfortable Lake Living

The little cabin was so cute, well maintained and offered everything for cooking. The outdoor dining and grill area is perfect. Check in was as easy as driving in and parking. We arrived when it was very hot but all the windows opened to a wonderful lake breeze. There was good fishing right off the dock and plenty of lake to explore with the kayaks. Not too far into town we found a public beach for swimming, a place to rent a boat and a bar with tasty walleye and ribs. As an added bonus there was BINGO.

Perfect for your glamping trip

Although a tiny cabin, it was very well equipped. Movies to a can opener. Everything in between. Very generous supply of firewood. Wi-Fi wasn’t available but I am not complaining. Highly recommend going unplugged. Not much of any noise. Nature and an occasional passing boat, that’s trolling the water. Not much noise. Would definitely recommend and return.

Anniversary Stay

Home away from home!

The perfect location for a northwoods retreat. Couldn't have asked for an easier setup. Felt like we were staying at our own property as everything needed was already supplied for us. We plan on making this a yearly getaway!

Great Place to Relax & Get In Touch With Nature

What a wonderful place for relaxing up north! The lakeside cabin is charming and quaint. It has everything we needed in a compact space. Even a dishwasher! Good beds. We loved the view from all the windows and from the dock and watching the fishermen. It was very clean. We were delighted to be in the midst of nature with all the birdsong, frogs, loons, dragonflies (not to be mistaken for large mosquitoes) a muskrat, humming bird, geese and goslings. Enjoyed the patio, outdoor kitchen, grill and fireplace. Great hospitality.

Beautiful, private location

Very quiet, private location. The view was excellent. Just went for a short getaway with my daughter. Cabin was decorated so nicely, simple, but still with everything you need. The bathrobes were an unexpected but pleasant surprise.

Rest, relax and canoe

What a wonderful stay we had. We came to do some canoeing and we had two beautiful lakes to canoe. The property sits on the channel between the two lakes so it is calm and peaceful. Enjoyed coffee every morning with a beautiful view of the lake from our cabin. Had time to relax, reflect and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. Thank you Julie for letting us enjoy your place.

Four days in Gods country

The grandchildren loved the fishing when weather permitted. Loved the sounds of nature especially at night. Seen loons, geese, ducks, deer, humming birds, fox, muskrat, pelicans, plus heard many song birds. Location of cabin near water was a plus. Quiet place for a getaway.

amazing place to stay that gives the cabin get away with all the modern conveniences.

The cabin was very comfortable, the beds and pillows gave very restful nights. Hated to come home it was so peaceful and relaxing. Julie was always available and helpful for the local places to go to. Fishing was great and to have access to both Red Cedar and Hemlock was a bonus!
