“Clean and very nice staff Only issue is this hotel uses an older building access system and constantly being deactivated. Multiple trips to front desk for reactivation. Common at HI but still annoying”

“They served tater tots and cut up hot dogs for breakfast. We had a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor so she couldn't go outside easily to potty. And they charged $12 for parking and $75 for having a dog. It was not what we expected. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There was a blood stain on the bottom sheet also.”

“Things were going well during my stay until the very last morning (a Sunday morning). In the middle of my shower, with shampoo in my hair, I lost hot water and never got it back. I called the front desk and was informed this is a known issue that happens often and was provided with steps to "fix it" that made absolutely no logical sense at all, and not surprisingly did not work. I was also told that maintenance was not kept onsite on weekends and someone was being called to come in to take a...

“Our stay was nice, except for the $12/night parking fee (with no option to park anywhere else). The rooms were very much fine. Hotel staff were cordial. For the price I paid I would expect friendlier staff and not to pay a parking fee, which was not disclosed at booking.”

“Nice looking hotel and lobby area, did not like our bed, it has a wooden frame and when you sit up on edge of bed the wood rubs against the back of your legs! It was the worst design! Also don’t like that I could not adjust the room temp more, it seemed preset within a range and I couldn’t adjust cooler on a hot day? I would book again if wasn’t for that bad bed design…we’re traveling with 3 other family members and they all agreed.”
