Our king suite has its own sliding patio door leading to a private deck.

Our king suite is a separate, 1- bedroom lower level room that is fully furnished with a private bathroom, and large patio door with plenty of sunlight.

The shared living room is extremely comfortable and includes High Speed Wi-Fi and large smart tv with Hulu! There is a huge patio door that leads out to our gorgeous huge deck with plenty of seating space overlooking Gull Lake.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a combo Keurig and slow drip coffee maker along with all of the sugar and cream essentials! Every minor and major amenity is included.

On the large patio deck, there is a gas grill that may be used at no extra charge, with outdoor tables and chairs. Just down the stairs of the deck leads you to the beautiful Gull Lake, where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, or just soaking up the sun!

Guest can access the suite either through the front door or through the private lower patio door. The suite also has a large smart TV for private viewing. The private bathroom connected to the king suite has a full shower and tub. Also, you will have direct access to a full size washer and dryer!

Shared access to upper deck as well as the deck on the lake for beautiful sunsets, drinks, etc. You may use our shared kayaks at anytime. Kayaks must be returned to the deck when they are not in use.
