The Reel Retreat 2 Bedroom Cabin - Close to FLW, Public River & Hunting Access

  • Escape to the Ozarks at The Reel Retreat Cabin, a newly built one-bedroom cabin with a spacious loft located along historic Route 66 in Richland, Missouri. Located off Interstate 44 and just 20 minutes from the main gate of Fort Leonard Wood. This property is also located near the Mark Twain National Forrest and the Gasconade River. Making it ideal for a stop, for an overnight stay for long distant travels or traveling Route 66, fishing, floating, hunting, military visits, or a peaceful Ozarks getaway.

    The cabin accommodates up to 6 guests with two comfortable queen beds. One in the private bedroom and one in the full loft, which is accessed by stairs as well as a fold-out sofa.

    Enjoy a full kitchen, porch seating, picnic table and barbecue grill and space for a boat or trailer parking. You’ll also find a full kitchen stocked with essentials, a bathroom with a shower, linens and towels, Wi-Fi, and a TV with Roku. Spend a quiet evening on the porch, or enjoy books, games, and puzzles inside.

    Whether you’re visiting a soldier at Fort Leonard Wood, exploring historic Route 66, floating or fishing the Gasconade River, hunting the surrounding countryside, or simply escaping for a peaceful Ozarks getaway, The Reel Retreat Cabin offers a comfortable place to relax and recharge.

    This cabin is one of five cabins located on the property, making it a great option for individual getaways or for groups who would like to reserve multiple cabins while still enjoying their own private spaces.

    Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m.
