I was agast that the representative at the front desk could not give me a room when I walked in. He said to sit in the lobby on my phone and reserve a room online. My email address that was registered with Bonvoy was stuck in a digital nightmare and I couldn’t log onto my account. I then went onto Expedia to get my room. The entire hour the front desk rep knew I wanted and needed a room but he was simply a face hired by Aloft…to do what? Not helpful. In the morning the new representative at the front desk was amazing. Five stars for her. The housekeeping staff 5star. I witnessed other guests not happy with things but I understand that’s hearsay. If this place wasn’t right next to ACAC I wouldn’t stay here again.
