“Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop.”

“I have stayed here many times now and I keep coming back because for the price I don't think you can get better in the area. It's a affordable hotel, so often you're going to have noisy neighbors that you will hear, especially if you are put in a connecting room. The beds are pretty hard and the bathrooms aren't comparable to the Ritz by any means but the ladies that clean do a good job for the amount of rooms they have to turnover every day.”
