“One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel.
It started with the front desk woman that checked me out being rude and uninterested. She did not smile or great me. She answered with head nods and would not answer the most basic questions. When I asked if there was trolley carts or any bell service she said a brief no like I was inconvenience her.
It also did not help that there was little to no amenities like food.
No free breakfast or restaurant that was open in the hotel. Just...
“This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was clean, although pretty standard, but the ambience and hotel amenities were above average. The breakfast was also great! I will definitely be coming back - booking my next stay right now!”
“Minimal signage to indicate where to check in. Eerie feeling on the property. Forgot to put Do not disturb sign on door after a late night out and housekeeper barged in at 9:30 an hour and a half before check out to clean the room. Elevators were slow old snd gross looking. Windows only had black out curtains so you had to keep them closed for any level of privacy from the parking lot.”
