Richmond TX Home Review
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and the home offered everything we needed. Andre was great in communicating before the check in process and during our stay. The instruction folder was useful. A couple of suggestions: - The towels in the property could be better and could be replaced - The guest bathroom did not have any bath soap or shampoo. These are small things that can really help a renter. Thanks.

Pros: Location, Manager communication, house layout, playground in walking distance, comfy beds Cons: Supplies- would suggest getting a high chair or booster seat for families, some kind of chairs in the backyard to enjoy the beautiful Houston weather and some Tupperwares for the kitchen Cleanliness- house was clean but needs a deep clean as there’s thick dust in spots and ants

Highly recommend!!!
This place was very nice and not too far from Houston… We were in town for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and it was perfect for what we needed. It was super clean, affordable and in a very nice neighborhood. The owner was easy to communicate with and actually checked on us after we got settled in to make sure everything was good. Super impressed with everything!!!

Perfect place perfect location
We enjoyed staying at the property and had a perfect stay. The neighborhood is tranquil, the beds are super comfortable, and easy access to major highways, entertainment, and food. We loved the long walkways around the neighborhood. We would return to the unit when we come back to Houston next time. Excellent host and check-in/chekcout was very simple and quick.

Felt Like Home
We absolutely loved our stay. Andre is a wonderful host. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable. It had everything we needed. This home has the space for a large family to stay comfortably. It was just my husband and I and our dog, so we had plenty of room. The bed linens were also very soft. The washer and dryer worked efficiently. Everything was clean and inviting. We will stay here everytime we come through this area.

Home away from home
Our son and his family live in Richmond. This home is so perfect for us. Less than 10 minutes from our son and grandchildren. I’ve lost count the number of times we’ve stayed here and every time has been perfect. It’s nice and spacious, stocked kitchen, a clean home with everything you need. Nice spacious living area, large bedrooms, fenced back yard. Nice friendly neighbors, small neighborhood pond with walking paths. Close to anything you may need. The owner always checks in with us upon arrival to insure everything is satisfactory and it always is. In short, it’s perfect!

Just what we needed!
My family and I were visiting for a baseball tournament, the location was perfect about a 30 min drive to the Diamond Daily park. The house was as described, nice,clean and very quiet. The host worked with us and even gave us an earlier check in time…however we got caught up in all that Houston has to offer and didn’t actually need it! The city and area are beautiful. The house had very comfortable beds, clean linens, plenty of towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen. There was even a bottle of water waiting in the fridge as someone had previously suggested . Host was very quick to respond back with us handle any issues or questions in which we had. Check out process was very easy. Would definitely love to stay here again next year! Thanks for having myself and family!

The house is conveniently located & within reasonable driving-distance to downtown Houston. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood with running trails. It looks exactly as pictured in the listing. vacation
It would have been nice to at least have some bottled water. We arrived about 1 AM and our trip was a disaster. We were tired no car and no food. Bottled water would have been nice. We were glad to have the house it was the only thing that was good about our vacation. So thank you for that. We had no problems with the property or the neighborhood.

The best home away from home
I can’t tell you how many times we’ve stayed in this wonderful home, but it’s a lot. It’s located just a couple of miles from our grandchildren so it’s perfect for us. Andre is the best owner/host. Communication is so easy. He checks in with you after the first night to be sure everything is okay. it’s in a great, quiet neighborhood with walking around the neighborhood pond. Neighbors are friendly. It’s just perfect and will will book again. Thanks Andre!!!!

All the comforta of home without any of the hotel hassles.
To begin, the host was very clear, proactive and responsive in all communications. From our initial communication until checkout they made sure that our needs were met. We, a family of four, arrived late on a Friday after a tiring flight. We were able to quickly drop off luggage, do a quick walk around in the home and then had to rush out for other commitments. By the time we actually got back to sleep for the evening we were all exhausted. Everything in the home was ready for us. The house was just the right temp. (important for SE Texas) and the beds were all comfortable. We had a good night's sleep and plenty of room the next morning for all of us to get ready for a wedding we were in town to attend. The home was conveniently located right around the corner from two sets of friends, the mother and father of the bride to be and another family we are very close to. The location was perfect for our road weary family, especially with all the road construction in the Katy/Richmond area that has popped up since we left four years ago. Overall it was a wonderful stay and being in a home versus a hotel room with two teens made all the difference.

A comfortable stay
Some of my family members visiting for a wedding stayed here and found it to be a comfortable and nice place. Only feedback is that the hand soap and bath wash all had a medicinal smell and was not good, so I sent my own liquid soaps for my family. Also, would be good, if a steel pot or additional cooking vessels, to boil water for tea or make chai with water and milk was provided. But overall, my family had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Perfect fit for our family of 6 and 2 dogs
Finding a property that fits 6 people and 2 dogs in a reasonable price range near family isn't easy. We were pleasantly surprised how central we ended up being to family in Galveston, Brazoria, Harris, and Ft. Bend County. We loved the open concept of the home. The beds were comfortable, and of course, I brought my own pillow. If you have younger children or clumsy children, you might consider bringing plastic or paper plates, bowls, and cups with you. Location is close to HEB for groceries and several restaurants are nearby. Being located close to the toll roads was also convenient, since our state has a partnership where we can use our toll tag on Texas roads. The neighborhood is very quiet which we also enjoyed. The property manager was easy to communicate with. We had no problems during our stay. We're already planning to save for our next trip home so we can book again.

We love this house and host. Our son and grandchildren live about 5 minutes away. I’ve lost count, but this is probably our 5th stay here. This is our third time staying here. Lovely home, very comfortable and clean, the best beds, nice yard, great neighborhood with walking paths around the pond. Close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Host André is quick to respond and is great at checking in with his guests to be sure everything is okay. The home is very near our grandchildren, so it’s truly a home away from home for us. Great little home in Texas!
The house is comfortable and well maintained. It is exactly as the pictures shown. Host was helpful and place was clean and organized. I would stay there again!

It’s Perfect
This is our 3rd stay in this home. Our grandchildren live 10 minutes away so it’s perfect for us. Great neighborhood with walking paths, very quiet, home is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Check in / out is extremely easy. Our host is the best - quickly responds when contacted, very friendly. We now call this our home away from home and schedule our visits around their vacancy.
