“I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I hope by writing this it will prompt Management to make changes. I was hoping for a great stay while visiting family. Instead, it was very poor. I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was...
