“The staff was very nice. When I went to get into the bed,it was not made. The top sheet was just thrown on and the bottom sheet was not tucked in . I wondered if they changed the sheets from the last people in the room. The breakfast was not great. No yogurt or fresh berries. No pastries”

“While the room wasn't dirty, it didn't feel overly clean, either. My biggest complaint about the room is with the lighting. I can't imagine how the design for a room with a few, dim spotlights could ever be approved. The room definitely had a gloomy feeling to it. The tv had two remotes and we couldn't figure out how to turn on local programming. The desk receptionist did come to our room to show us how to get what we wanted. That was nice, although written instructions in the room would have...
