“Breakfast was fresh every morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Jets in the hot tub didn't work but it was still warm”

“How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....

“Our stay was comfortable, but one of the beds was an issue. My friend had issues with the bed slumping on one side, and had to sleep on the other side to keep from falling out. The bathroom had a toilet that was so low, a toddler could use it. Not comfortable for adults at all. ”

“We arrived late, due to long drive from South going straight to Chicago and head back stopping by KY. . They accomodate us during late night and yes we had a peaceful sleep. . Thank you and your team. . Great work guys”

“Spacious and clean rooms with coffe/tea possibilities and refrigerator available in the room. Coffe/tea available also at the reception 24-hours. Area very nice to stay, close to both restaurants and shopping.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.”
