Hotell i Rickardsville

“This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.”

“Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.”

“I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia (due to an 8+ review rating you provided) October 23 & 24 at Dubuque Inn & Suites. Our experience was a rating of 2. Here is why: Room: It was very hard to see as the lighting was terrible! The room was so small we could hardly navigate around the bed. There was no place to put our suitcases (not even a suitcase rack to set them on). It was very old with missing paint on walls, etc. and air didn't work well. The room was not freshened up after the first...

“The room was nice and big.”

“Trevlig personal, bra frukost”

“Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.”

“Room needs updating Carpet was old & worn, curtains old & torn. Furniture was old & worn. One lamp didn't work. Bed was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was nice. Caroline's restaurant was good & staff was nice.”

“This place was nothing like what it described on Expedia. It didn’t have a in room hot tub, no casino shuttle. There were raccoons in the garbage cans right outside our room. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even talk with a sick voice. Not acceptable! And then just to get a 12. Refund!!!! Very angry!”

“No FREE breakfast $12.95 per person charge. Room clean. Bathroom light switch turns on light and fan should have 2 switches . One for light and one for the fan. When you get up in the middle of the night you do not want to wake everyone in the room with fan noise. Price $50 higher than Best Western in Hannibal Missouri with no real greater conveniences and and additional charges for breakfast of $26/per couple.”

“My family and I booked as we were going to the field of dreams site. We wanted a hotel that was close. The check-in process was easy. The outside looks like you would imagine a hotel in a small town would. Upon arriving in her room. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The air was off and when I turned the air on it got worse. I have a daughter that is a heart transplant. She instantly started coughing. My husband came into the room with his first load of items from the car. He told me...

“Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations.”
