“Great location. Nice touches like filtered water stations throughout the hotel. Staff were excellent! The only thing missing for me was a pool. There was also an apple station near our elevator. We enjoyed a post concert drink in the bar and the staff were awesome!”

“I have stayed in five star properties before. This is about a 3.5 star property. The rooms although very clean were worn and dated. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Pillows so so. The Italian restaurant downstairs was very expensive and lacked the food quality. Cafe was nice and the food options were good. I had accidentally left my sweater in cafe on my chair. Only staff were there as closing time. I went back less than 5 minutes later and my lace cardigan was gone. Asked lady...

“It is a bit worn, but it's a really nice clean hotel if you are staying in Toronto for a while. There are only a few minutes to the main arenas and still only a 40min walk to the coca cola colusseum. Close to a lot of things on King street, Blue Jay street and John Street. Nice staff all around. ”
