DINING ROOM
The dining area divides the living room and kitchen space, allowing the group to be together while having plenty of space to relax. Here is a list of features:

âAccess to the large deck with hot tub.

Total sleeping capacity is 6 people (Babies are welcome!)
Comfortable beds and linens in every bedroom.
âMaster Bedroom: King Bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Includes a TV and walk-in closet. You also have direct access to the back deck.
âGuest Room 1: Queen Bed with bathroom next door. Includes a TV and access to the deck in the back.
âGuest Room 2: Queen with bathroom next door. Includes a TV.
âInfants/Toddlers: 1 packânâplay
BATHROOMS
âAll bathrooms are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started.
âShampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.
âTowels, hand towels, and wash rags are provided.
âOne hair dryer in each bathroom.
LAUNDRY
The laundry closet is off the kitchen area and available for guests to use.
OUTDOOR SPACES OF ANTLER'S TRAIL
âThe deck off the main living area has views of the frisbee golf course, pool, and playground. Enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee on the deck in the morning or enjoy some BBQ on the grill while watching the sunset in the evening.
âEnjoy the hot tub on the back deck!
âThe firepit off the deck is available for guests to use.
âThe front porch features views of the beautiful nature of the neighborhood.
NEIGHBORHOOD SHARED AMMENITIES
The neighborhood has many amenities shared amongst all the homes. They are well kept and open for guests to use if in season.

PLEASE NOTE:
â Winter weather will often make the roads slick.
â No lifeguard on duty at the pool.
â Quiet hours from 11 PM â 8 AM.

â We welcome friendly, house-trained dogs that are identified on the reservation at booking. Any unregistered pets will result in a $200 fee to pay for additional cleaning.
