“The hotel was built in 1997 by John Q Hammons, a SW MO business man and philanthropist who has since expired and the property is now owned by Atrium hospitality which cut staff, services and other amenities while raising prices and running the property into the ground. Signs of neglect and decay are clearly visible particularly in the swimming pool and in the rooms As is common with takeovers and buyouts, the new owners are more interested in short term pecuniary gain than long term viability.”

“Great place to stay for a few days to explore Branson. The pool was under renovation and even though the room was amazing.. it was missing a full mirror.. ladies need this.. Also the tub had a hose that leaked.. otherwise great area quiet and safe..”

“The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for...

“We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive.”
