“I initially was not looking forward to my stay here as I had booked online and after booking, I received a notification saying that the waterpark area was closed so within 24 hours, I tried to cancel my reservation. I tried three times and they would not refund it to me as a policy was no refunds. I will say, though I was treated amazingly my room was beautiful. It was very clean. We will definitely be coming back here to stay. ”

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”
