“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

Grosero me dijo que no tenía ninguna reservación por expedía y no había internet le dije que si me podía dar la clave del wifi y ni siquiera espero a que yo buscara mi reservación y me cobró una vez más. Fue un grosero. Por otro lado todo estuvo bien. Solo estuve una noche ahí, la mañana siguiente si había un muchacho muy atento. En recepción”

“Very clean property. Rooms are very spacious . The only area they need attention is breakfast. Juice machine wasn’t working, no half n half. Scrambled eggs would’ve been better . Overall good experience.”
