“There was no running water in the entire hotel. We were told there was a water outage in the entire neighborhood. You would expect that a hotel such as Holiday Inn would have a reserve tank especially since water outages are not a novelty in Johannesburg. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. “Jag bokade ett rum med frukost. Trots detta försökte man debitera mig för frukosten. Detta rättades visserligen till efter ett antal påpekanden. Hotellet utlover fritt WiFi internet. Detta fungerar mycket dåligt och bara i hotellfoajen. Ingen täckning på rummet. Hotellet gränsar till Centurion Lake som sprider on obehaglig lukt i hotellets pool area.”
