Bästa SPA och läget?
Kempinski är alltid bra! SPA var över förväntan. Dock finns det andra Kempinski som känns lyxigare, mer blommor och lite mer påkostat men vi är nöjda, drinkarna var goda €14 och gratis tilltugg ingår. Fantastisk utsikt över Riga.

Kan rekommendera Grand hotell Riga.
Kan rekommendera Grand hotell Riga. Vi var 2 personer i juli 2021 som bodde 2 nätter. Ett klassiskt hotell i fin stil och inredning med centralt läge. Det var inte mycket folk på hotellet nu under pandemin. Så ingen kö någonstans till reception, hissar, frukost mm. Hjälpsam personal, bra frukost som vi åt ute på altanen mot en gågata. Prövade inte spaavdelningen, men lånade handdukar till bada i havet Jurmula. Parkering av bilar är det parkerings service mot tillägg. Om man ska nämna något som inte var 5 stjärnigt så öppnas hissdörrarna lite långsamt. Nästa gång jag kommer till Riga blir det Grand hotel.

Utmärkt hotell mitt i Riga
Ett mycket bra hotell med rikliga faciliteter såsom ett utmärkt spa och en attraktiv bar och restaurang på 22:a våningen med terass. Trevligt utbud av Whiskey som med fördel kan testas. Stora och rymliga rum. Väl tilltagen frukost. Ett perfekt hotell beläget mitt i centrala staden men gångavstånd till det mesta. Ett ypperligt val för några dagars vistelse i Riga.

Centralt läge, mycket vänlig personal, bra spa med stor bassäng samt mycket bra uttänkt kring gästers behov med egen kaffekokare och skohorn och särskild diskret sänglampa om en vill läsa längre. Toppenfrukost, öppen länge gav extra sovtid. Möjligen aningen hård säng för min ryggskadade sambo. Vi visste ej om man kunde be om extra madrass i sängen men det gick rätt bra ändå så vi frågade ej heller. Bästa hotellet jag någonsin bott på som helhet, trots en ej så kul utsikt. En hög standard och mycket bra bemötande och service.

Fantastiskt Hotel med utsökt service! Enda negativa var att frukosten var underbemannad och att rätt mycket maträtter var slut, så som bacon mm. Och att våra beställningar hade glömts bort!

Utmärkt service
Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal och speciellt hade vi nöjet att få en servitris som i den mån som hon hann berättade en hel del mycket intressanta saker om den lokala matkulturen...det höjde avsevärt glädjen att dinera. Utöver bemöttes vi av personalen på det sätt att det kan man kalla att skämma bort sina gäster. Vi fick en guidad tur till festvåningar och "presidential suite" vilket ytterligare höjde känslan av trivsel.

Ett glas prosecco vid incheckning och full service från incheckning till utcheckning. Ganska dyrt men värt det. Fantastisk frukost och läget är enastående. Spa-avd suverän. Barn under 16 bara välkomna 10-15 tyvärr.

Fine grand hotel style with good sized rooms and bathrooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Lobby bar a disappointment as feels more of a lobby than a bar space. Rooftop bar produced excellent cocktails but seems keener to be set up as a restaurant- bar seating options minimal. Excellent pool and spa

I loved this hotel. The hotel is stylishly elegant and is only walking distance from all the major sights in Riga. The room was beautifully apportioned and very comfortable. The breakfast option was a mixture of buffet and a la carte and was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Et kort, men superbt ophold(én nat) i luxuriøse omgivelser. Det undrede dog, at ved morgenmaden studsede tjeneren, da vi bad om, at få fyldt kaffekoppen op anden gang. Det huede hende ikke.
