Enjoy elegant evenings with your loved one in this bespoke designer`s apartment in a lively part of Riga’s Old Town.

Step out the door into the neighbourhood and enjoy some fine local dining, or explore Old Riga’s historic, cobbled streets and centuries-old buildings with their jumble of styles.

This stylish apartment includes a kitchen area with basic cooking equipment (stovetop, fridge with a small freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery, pans and pots, oil, salt, pepper), bathroom with a shower, queen size bed and a dining table. There is Wi-Fi and a SMART TV (no cable TV, you can use streaming services like Netflix, YouTube and others).

Apartment is located within a stone’s throw of the major sights, museums and transport connections. The medieval Riga Dome Square is just around the corner. Some of the many places to see in the neighbourhood are the beautiful promenade along Latvia’s main river, the Daugava, and Riga’s unique central market — the largest in Europe. A wide variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just around the corner. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre is nearby and has dozens of fashion chains, boutiques and electronics stores, all right here within Old Riga.

Most of the tourist attraction spots are reachable by foot, but if you want to experience other parts of Riga, tram station is within a few minute walk, and if you want to head out of Riga to explore other places in Latvia, bus station and train station is just 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Lockbox PIN code must be activated within 24 hours after your check-in time. If you are experiencing any issues, such as delayed flight, please let me know in advance.

Please note: the apartment is in the middle of the Old Town next to several pubs and bars: music, voices and street noise can be heard late at night (on weekends sometimes until 3–4 am), and city cleaning and waste collection take place early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, please bring earplugs.

Parking: no private parking; most Old Town streets are closed to through traffic, so stop only where signs allow to unload luggage. Nearest garage: Europark Jēkaba Arkāde, Z. A. Meierovica bulvāris 8 (approx. 7 min walk), open 24/7 – approx. €3.60 per hour, €25 per 24 hours, €199 for 28 days (no weekly rate); pay in the EuroPark or Mobilly app or at the machine. Old Town street parking (city zone R): €5 for the first hour, €8 for each next hour, paid daily 06:00–24:00. Pay in the Mobilly, EuroPark or Rīgas satiksme app. Prices are approximate – please check the current tariff in the app or at the entrance.
House rules:
• No smoking anywhere in the apartment or building (penalty 200 EUR).
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
