The house is just steps from the beach and close to public transport. A sports club nearby will offer courts and services for residents and visitors in the future; however, please note it is currently closed due to expansion works.



There is a private garage, plus space for motorcycles and bicycles. Smoking and events are not allowed.



Please note that one of the bedrooms and access to the home require the use of stairs.
