With 155 m² over 3 floors, this charming Spanish-style house offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with osmosis-filtered drinking water—ideal for families, friends, workations or groups of up to 9. Each floor has its own entrance for added privacy. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a cot are also available.

The 1,645 m² private garden is perfect for relaxing. Have breakfast on the covered terrace overlooking the sea, cool off in the pool with jets and a waterfall, or enjoy a barbecue at sunset. There is an outdoor shower.



The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The beach, a golf course and a padel court are very close by.



Rincón de la Victoria, east of Málaga, will charm you with its local life, tapas, seafront promenade and relaxed atmosphere, away from mass tourism. Fancy city life and shopping? Málaga is just a 20-minute drive away.
