New sunny house - Steps to beach with terrace

Have you ever stayed in a design house on the second line of the beach just 10 meters from the sea? ★ Welcome to 'Cala Victoria'! ★ Live the Costa del Sol in this house specially designed to relax and enjoy Malaga and the beach. In Cala Victoria you can: - Stay and sleep 10 meters from the beach. - Read a book, prepare a romantic dinner or relax on the terrace by candlelight. - Lie down on the sofa bed in the living room and turn the air-conditioned on. Or even better: why not all together? This is what you will find: ENTRANCE - Security box with the keys inside. We will provide you the access code once you book. - A few steps of stairs to go up to the first floor. FIRST FLOOR - Living room-kitchen: As you can see in the photos, the kitchen is open and is connected to the living room. It has everything you need, including a dishwasher. - Sofa bed and rocking chairs. - Toilet with sink. - Small terrace with outdoor furniture. - Washing machine. - Stairs to access the second floor. SECOND FLOOR - Double bed. - Full bathroom with shower tray and tempered glass screen. - Terrace. - Cupboard- - Pouf - bed. You will have access to the entire house, there are no shared spaces at any time. In the street where the house is located you can park all year round, and if there is no space to park, you can always stop at the door, unload your suitcases and purchases and then go to park without rushing. You have all the information you need to be able to enjoy your stay available in your reservation. However, you will not be alone, you can always contact me through the platform or by phone to resolve any questions or setbacks that may arise. - The house is located on second line of the beach, just 10 meters from the sand. - It is an old fishing neighborhood that looks today with renovated houses prepared and focused on enjoying the Costa del Sol. - It is a very quiet neighborhood where you can find beach bars and restaurants a few steps away. If you just want to enjoy the beach and the promenade, you have everything you need at hand: park your car and forget about everything. You have restaurants, beach bars and a store nearby. In addition, the center of Cala Del Moral is less than 10 minutes walk from the house. If, on the other side, you want to see other areas of Malaga, you have 2 options: 1 - Travel by bus to Malaga. You have bus stops a 6-minute walk away, on the main avenue of La Cala Del Moral (Av. de Málaga). 2 - Drive your car. You will be anywhere in Malaga in 20-25 minutes. ★ CLEANING & DISINFECTION ★ The health, safety and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each departure. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions you may have. In addition, it is important that you know that you will have 2 sets of keys and that check-in at the house is autonomous. The first set of keys is located next to the door in a security box, while the second set of keys is inside the house. With 2 sets of keys you will have the opportunity to organise yourself better if you are a few people.
