Above the Plaza 4 is a spacious combination unit occupying the front and middle sections of the first floor — giving your group a connected, private space in the heart of downtown Rincon.

The unit sleeps 6 across three rooms: one room with a full bed, one room with two twin beds, and a third room with a full bed. Two private bathrooms mean no waiting in the morning. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook in — cookware, dinnerware, appliances, and all the essentials. Every room has its own individual A/C unit so everyone stays comfortable. Two flat-screen Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi are available throughout.

One thing to be upfront about: ATP4 is part of a shared building. Interior doors connect the unit to the rest of the property and remain closed during your stay. You have the front and middle sections entirely to yourselves — but this is a shared building rather than a fully standalone house.

Rincon's plaza, top-rated restaurants, craft brewery, bakery, and weekly art walk are all a two-minute walk from your door. The beach is ten minutes on foot.

A note on noise: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. In our experience guests find it easy to tune out — but we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised.

What you won't hear is Plaza noise. Despite being two minutes away on foot, the house sits just far enough from the action that evenings stay peaceful — the best of both worlds. We also have exterior security cameras for our guests' safety.
