The Space:
Aloha Coquí is the perfect beachside getaway. This stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden apartment in Rincón offers direct beach access, a kitchen, a living area with cable TV, a washer and dryer, and a small balcony. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed and AC. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
The complex includes a pool and the rental comes with 1 parking spot. Rincón is where breathtaking sunsets meet vibrant beach life, offering an unforgettable blend of natural beauty and laid-back charm. Aloha Coquí is fully air-conditioned in all living areas and bedrooms.
LIVING AREA
As you enter Aloha Coquí, you'll be welcomed by a cozy foyer furnished with an aqua-colored bench. Beyond the foyer, you'll find an open-concept space that combines the dining and living areas. The dining area features a modern wood and glass table with sleek chairs, while the living area offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The living room also opens onto a cozy balcony with two chairs, ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is more secluded and it will be to your right after passing the foyer.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are two bedrooms at Aloha Coquí. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom also has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have closets, two nightstands, blackout window treatments, and air conditioning. The full bathroom with bathtub is located in the hallway right between the two bedrooms.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
KITCHEN
The kitchen at Aloha Coquí is thoughtfully tucked away from the main living areas, offering a private space for meal preparation. It is completely equipped for an extended stay with a fridge, freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and toaster.
You'll also find the washer & dryer in this area.
GETTING AROUND & PARKING
We strongly recommend renting a car, as there are a multitude of activities within a 15-30-minute drive that you will not want to miss out on. Also, Uber is not readily available in the area, which is why it's important to have your own means of transportation.
The villa includes one (1) assigned parking spot.
LOCATION
There are many things to do in Rincón, Puerto Rico. This part of the island is best known as "The town of beautiful sunsets." Staying at Rincón you will enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, delicious restaurants, and great surfing beaches.
Here are some of our favorite things to do:
Explore the large selection of local restaurants. Some of our favorites include The English Rose, La Cambija, Carta Buena, Kaplash, El Tamboo Beside the Point, The Beach House, and La Copa Llena. Check out a new restaurant called La Serina, a great Tiki bar and sushi bar located downtown.
Relax at the Balneario de Rincon and enjoy some refreshing pool time at the communal pool.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset dinner at La Copa Llena.
Visit the local beaches like Steps, Maria's Beach, Sandy Beach, Domes Beach, and Corcega.
Take a picture of the beautiful "El Faro Lighthouse" at Punta Higuero.
Watch an afternoon of surfing at Marías Beach and stop for a drink at the Calypso Bar which is right by the beach.
Take a paddle-board tour with the folks at Rincon Paddle Boards.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
- A small amount of laundry detergent
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
