Lovely 2 bedroom condo with pool and beach access

Beautiful newly furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the first floor of Sea Beach Village, in the heart of Rincon. The condo is equipped with brand new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and air conditioning in every room. It is walking distance to beaches, world class surf and the center of town. The apartment is directly across the street from a supermarket and bakery among other businesses. Sea Beach Village features a communal pool, gazebo, and basketball court on the grounds.

Xavier is available when needed through the Airbnb app.

3 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Most places in Rincon are walking distance, beaches, bakery, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, medical clinic, gas stations, Rincon town plaza. Car recommended to get around Rincon.

Backup systems (water cistern, electric generator), local coffee & water will be available, beach gadgets (chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels).

APARTMENT ON 1ST FLOOR
No loud noise after 9:00pm. Please respect the noise curfew.
No food or drinks in bedrooms.
No parties or events without host consent.
No unregistered guest allowed.
Please turn off the A/C when you go out.
Please take care of the furnishings.
Please take the trash out before you leave.

Lose key or gate beeper incur a replacement fee ($50)

The dog must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment.
Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the apartment.
Please bag and dispose of waste in the trashcan outside.
Please follow the Swimming pool schedule and rules located at the swimming pool area. 
Swimming pool and apartment can only be used by those staying at the Airbnb.
Weather There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
Long term reservations will be charged an additional Service Fee Cleaning after every 7 days.
Swim at your own risk. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here! We had two kids with us (2.5 years and 4 months). The condo provided a pack n play for the baby. There were also a few kids books and a stroller tucked away. Being on the ground floor was wonderful for easy access to the basketball court and pool. It was a very comfortable stay with young kids.The location is amazing - we could walk to dozens of restaurants and the beach is about a 4 minute walk (the path is not well signed - would be helpful to have a simple map in the unit explaining where it is). Also, the beach path would not be accessible to someone using a wheelchair. Grocery store across the street is well stocked with everything you need.The condo itself is clean and well maintained. It was somewhat minimally stocked - we had to purchase things like laundry detergent, paper towels, and olive oil. Might be frustrating for a shorter stay but we didn't mind given the length of time we were there. The beds are firm, couch was comfortable, outdoor space had nice lights for the evening, all the kitchen appliances worked well, and the shower pressure was good. There were many extra towels available in the closet of the smaller bedroom, as well as a cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. We left behind some sand toys for future guests as well. We would absolutely return and would recommend to our friends!

Very comfortable and spacious condo.location is perfect in rincon close to beaches and downtown. Had a great time will rent again and recommend.

Great place with lovely pool and sitting area

Shopping and Bakery( great coffee) across the street , very private pool area and patio for am coffee and watching sun rise - short drive to amazing surf beaches , center of Rincón and snorkeling beaches .
