This villa is settled in the mountains but conveniently located. within a short drive 4 minute drive to Rincon best beaches. Enjoy a dip in your private pool or take a bath in the exterior tub with amazing views. This is a one of a kind in Puerto Rico with a unique floating bed in the pool.
    The suite has 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and the other located in the pool area.

The space features a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom and a relaxing outdoor bathtub downstairs in front if the pool. The directions to the property were spot on. We got there without issues. When we walked in everything seemed nice and the views were just spectacular. They could take care of the mold a little better, a little bleach would probably help. After driving for a long time one of us had to use the restroom, thankfully no.1, and surprisingly the toilet wouldn’t flush. As posted on the sign above the toilet not to throw toilet paper in, so we didn’t, it went in the trash. My bf used the plunger but still nothing, it slowly started going down, he later noticed there was something sticking out inside it, it was a big bar of soap! He somehow got it out. There was also no hot water! I messaged the host to first tell him about the issue and also to tell him that there is no hot water. His response was, there was no issues before and everything was checked but he can get maintenance out in the morning. I then was getting ready for bed to notice that there was only mattress cover on the bed and no fitted sheet, well there was but it got pulled by the top sheet as it was not put on correctly, it was sideways so I redid the whole bed. I told the host but his response the house was cleaned. No apology. He seems really rude. Maintenance came in the morning and fixed the issue with the hot water. Again, no apologies from the host that we had to take a cold shower, couldn’t use the tub and had to remake the whole bed. Simple sorry would be fine.

The space was not a safe or comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, the property appears to require significant maintenance, and after only a few minutes we decided to leave because we genuinely felt unsafe.The path leading down to the private pool has a damaged fence that has already fallen over. With the rainy conditions and unstable, wet soil, it appeared that the remaining fencing could easily collapse further and potentially injure someone. There was also a severely broken bamboo fence and roof, and the white privacy wall shown in the listing photos does not exist, making the property look very different from what was advertised.I was genuinely looking forward to my stay, but the condition of the property did not match the listing and raised serious safety concerns. As a result, I did not feel comfortable remaining at the property and had no choice but to leave shortly after arriving.

Por favor!!! No se dejen engañar por la belleza que proyecta en fotos esta propiedad. La propiedad en algún momento claramente fue un lugar excepcional para pasar un fin de semana en pareja, pero eso fue hace muchos años. Está más que claro que los propietarios no le brindan el mantenimiento apropiado a esta propiedad y ya es hasta peligroso visitarla. Empecemos por decir que tiene muebles rotos, podridos y llenos de moho, lámparas y luces que no funcionan. La nevera no enfría y está llena de moho por fuera. El inodoro no funciona bien. Ahora hablemos de la bañera. Mi esposo sufrió una quemadura en su mano porque la temperatura del agua no se puede controlar y el agua sale hirviendo. El baño tiene un espejo lleno de moho y cuya luz ni funciona. Nos topamos con excremento de animales en las escaleras que dan hacia el piso inferior. El deck de madera del segundo piso está roto por un lado por falta de mantenimiento y claramente puede suceder un accidente en el cual alguien puede resultar herido o muerto. La verja de uno de los lados de la propiedad está completamente caída y se nota que lleva tiempo así. La gota que colmó la copa fue la “piscina privada” que publicitan. Paredes y el piso de la piscina completamente amarillos por falta de mantenimiento y se notaba que hace más de 5 días no la limpiaban. El floating bed que tienen está roto y lleno de moho y limo (meses sin limpiarse). Notificóhost ni contestó el mensaje. Sillas con moho y patas rotas. Un desastre horrible!
