“We stayed two nights at this place. Actually it was not in the hotel but to a place close by because we booked the family room which has a kitchen Which is good especially when it is rainy i prefer to cook. It is close by the national park and some activities around. The place (a small house for the family room) is a bit old caban but has its charm. We did not succeed to use tv and anyway the. Tv was over the soffa so it would have not be too comfy for that. But we got a lot of rain so we would...

“The house is extremely well designed and functional with a beautiful garden. They paid attention to so many details, such as supplying useful items for comfort in the house and for exploring the area. We really appreciated the breakfast food and snacks provided. The hiking trail down to the river is a gem. ”

“Tidy and roomy, but bed was too firm for me and no hot water. It was very difficult for the taxi driver to find the location due to no address, or sign. We finally had to call them for directions. Maria and hubby were very accommodating, but said they couldn't do anything about the lack of hot water until the next day due to needing a part. They acted as taxi drivers to get us to the park and also to La Fortuna, stopping at stores as needed along the way. Super nice! They don't speak English,...
