The property features a separate entrance via a staircase, ensuring complete privacy during your stay. Out front, there’s a small lawn, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Inside, the apartment features a bright living-dining room, functionally open-concept and decorated with warm, rustic wooden accents that will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare whatever you’d like.

The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, which offers a perfect night’s rest thanks to its comfortable double bed and spacious closet, and a second bedroom with two single beds, designed to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests. All of this is complemented by a spacious and fully functional bathroom; we also have a washing machine and a clothesline.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to all the amenities of the upstairs apartment, entering independently via the front staircase.

Upon entering, you’ll find a beautiful, lush garden right in front of you. It’s an open space that you’re free to use as you wish, designed so you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind and freedom.
